This website contains the current version of the standard terms and conditions of purchase for United Technologies Corporation’s Pratt & Whitney division (generally referred to as the "Bluebook" or T&C's). These standard terms apply to all Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Purchase Orders (POs) and contracts for the purchase of goods and services issued by Pratt & Whitney and may also be expressly incorporated in purchase contracts by other United Technologies’ divisions and subsidiaries at their election. In addition, a Contracts Guide has been added and should be referred to in conjunction with the Part II of the T&C’s and other applicable clauses when the P&W Order/contract references a contract.
Although these standard terms replace earlier Bluebook versions, please note that RFQs, POs, and contracts issued under prior versions of the terms and conditions will continue to be governed by the version that applied at the time of issuance (See the Document Archives Page for previous P&W T&C's).
